One summer I worked on a boat that processed herring- even then we never filleted those tiny buggers. Thing is, they are just too tiny.......
I can see why there is no &quot;Joy&quot; for you in the process. Next time, just &quot;Chop chop choppity chop. Cut off the bottom, cut off the top.
