The garlic , in the form of bulbils that I culled from our garlic harvest, was in the tandoori rub we used on lamb and swordfish. The rhubarb was in rhubarb custard pie. Our guests, Bob and his wife Mad Dog, the fishermen who’d given us pounds and pounds of striper, seemed to enjoy it.
